Project Coordinator
Hopkins, MN
Part Time
Mid Level
Project Coordinator
Company: Signature Pools (affiliated with Barrett Lawn Care)
Location: mainly Twin Cities area, but also occasional greater MN and western WI needs
Hours: Part-Time – 20-30 hours in good weather, 10-20 hours in winter
Pay range: $30 to $40 per hour
Signature Pools is a locally owned, high-end custom pool builder serving the Twin Cities area. We build beautiful, durable pools and outdoor-living spaces — and we're looking for a sharp, organized Project Coordinator to help keep our projects running smoothly.
The Role
This is a part-time position, typically 20–30 hours per week during our busy spring, summer, and fall seasons, with lighter hours in the winter. You'll work closely with our sales team, field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and customers — helping manage the details that keep high-quality projects on track from start to finish. This role is office-based, but will occasionally require you to be at the field on job sites.
There's real room to grow here. The right person could develop into a larger project management, estimating, or operations role over time.
What You'll Do
Why Signature Pools
We're a growing company with a small-business feel. You'll work on unique, high-end projects using premium equipment and modern pool technology. We value people who take initiative, communicate well, and care about doing things right.
If you're someone who likes making sure the details are covered and enjoys being part of a team that takes pride in their work — we'd love to hear from you.
Signature Pools is part of a larger organization that also includes Barrett Lawn Care. Background and driver's checks required.
