Vibrant Graphics is a family-owned specialty printer at the forefront of cutting-edge technology, creating unique, custom products for the in-mold and consumer goods industries. We produce high-resolution, eye-catching labels for a wide range of products and specialize in printing on unsupported films as well as digital printing with variable imagery.

Summary:
We are looking to add a Sales Representative to our team. This person will be responsible for all sales activities within an assigned territory, including but not limited to lead generation, prospecting new accounts, scheduling regular customer contacts, presenting price quotes, submitting customer orders to production, and ensuring all aspects of customer needs are being met.  You are the primary point of contact for the company, regardless of the account’s geographic location; you will execute the company’s sales strategy and tactics for business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Generate a qualified lead list of prospective accounts within the assigned territory on a monthly basis. 
  • Attract and maintain relationships through a personal strategy for targeting new accounts and long-term growth.
  • Daily record and submit all sales and prospecting activities in data database that includes sales calls, customer presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within the assigned market territory.
  • Submit detailed customer project information to create job quotes and present back to the customer.
  • Provide regular input to the Marketing Specialist that results in expanding and maintaining a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face-to-face meetings, cold calling, direct mail, email, and networking.
  • Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as directed by the Marketing Specialist.
  • Submit an annual sales forecast for existing and prospective accounts.  
  • Maintain a mastery understanding of the company’s pricing strategy. 
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience
  • Proven experience generating leads through cold calling
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
