Now, we’re looking for a Senior HR Generalist to join our Las Vegas Facility and help shape the future of our team.
We’re seeking a people-first, solutions-oriented Senior HR Generalist to support our dynamic teams across multiple regions, including direct partnership with our Las Vegas and Denver facilities. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about building strong employee experiences, we’d love to meet you!
- Lead company-wide Performance Management, Compensation, Compliance, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development initiatives.
- Serve as primary HR partner for Western region teams (Denver & Las Vegas) – employee relations, compliance, training, and engagement.
- Oversee full-cycle recruiting and onboarding processes; update and maintain job descriptions.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies; assist with regulatory reporting.
- Contribute to annual benefits enrollment and payroll coordination (payroll experience a plus).
- Education: Bachelor's in HR or related field preferred; HR certifications strongly recommended.
- Experience: 10+ years as an HR Generalist; manufacturing HR experience a strong plus.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities; bilingual (Spanish) required..
- Travel: Occasional travel (approx. 10%) to regional sites.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand/walk/climb stairs as needed.
- Salary: Starting at $75,000 – 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
