The Sales Enablement Manager plays a critical role in Kleinschmidt’s overall sales strategy and is directly involved in the growth and success of revenue. The position is responsible for working with the team to develop and implement sales strategies, generate and track leads and sales opportunities, work closely with other departments to support the sales teams as well as customers, and drive revenue growth through effective communication and customer engagement. This role reports directly to the VP of Sales and will support the sales and customer engagement efforts of the entire sales organization, including Field Sales, Account Management, and Channel and Partner Development. $60-75,000

Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales team to develop and manage demand generation campaigns.
- Identify, develop, and manage sales lead generation and qualification processes.
- Identify decision makers and qualify leads from both existing customers and external prospects.
- Manage the Company’s sales CRM database, including identifying, creating, and updating lead and customer profiles, managing sales pipeline data, and ensuring overall data standards, accuracy, and integrity.
- Align KPIs, sales activity, and processes with CRM and analyze and report metrics and performance data.
- Identify customer needs and create actionable insights and initiatives to help drive and grow revenue.
- Review and process customer-facing documents during the sales journey, including Non-Disclosure Agreements, Statements of Work, Master Services Agreements, etc.
- Identify trends and develop strategies and tactics to drive customer engagement and support sales efforts.
- Field inbound customer calls to identify the customers’ needs and qualify sales opportunities.
- Help create sales tools such as presentations, datasheets, battlecards, and case studies.
- Research, maintain, and share industry and market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with other Kleinschmidt departments, such as Marketing, Product Development, Project Management, and Customer Service, to align sales efforts, enable exceptional customer experience, and support broader business objectives.
- Coordinate, support, participate in, and report on events, such as tradeshows, partner conferences, etc.
- Support the development and technical training of the outside Salespeople
Expected Hours of Work: This position is based at the Company’s headquarters in Deerfield, IL. Employees are expected to work in the office four days per week, hours, 8AM - 5PM (flexible). Remote work is permitted one day per week in accordance with the Company’s remote work policy and with manager approval. Some travel and work may be required over weekends in support of sales and customer events. Role requires up to 20% travel in support of sales events, such as tradeshows, conferences, etc.
Required Education and Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a professional services or software sales environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to manage customer data, track sales activities, maintain accurate records, and support sales pipeline management. Proficiency with Salesforce CRM is highly desired.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of lead qualification and generation, pipeline management, inbound sales processes, and customer engagement best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and able to effectively communicate a vision and/or strategy across departments and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a sense of urgency
